A Family Commitment to Exceptional
Olive Oil
ABOUT US
The Baba Zeytun Story
In 2017, Baba Zeytun began with a conviction: Azerbaijan’s unique climate and soil could produce exceptional extra virgin olive oil. We planted 13,000 olive trees across 26 hectares of carefully selected land in Mehemmedi, invested in modern cold-press technology, and built the infrastructure for consistent quality. Then we waited — five years with no revenue, guided only by trust in the fundamentals: climate, soil, and method.
The Validation: 2022
When our olives were first pressed in 2022, the results confirmed every decision. Customers immediately recognized the quality, and a loyal local following quickly formed.
Every liter reflects cold-pressed purity from a single estate, with a distinctive flavor shaped by exceptional terroir.
What Drives Us Today
Baba Zeytun is family-owned, single-estate, and uncompromising on quality — exactly as it was envisioned from the start. What has changed is our capacity: today, we operate with the systems, standards, and scale to serve both individual customers and commercial partners, without ever sacrificing what matters most.
